Don’t buy that gross fast food, prepare this easy-hardly-any-work meal that literally cooks itself. Yep, it’s a crockpot meal. In this post, I will show you how to make a delicious (and healthy) dinner. It’s BBQ chicken! You can easily prepare this before bed and cook it overnight. The best thing?—– It takes less than 5 minutes to prep I promise. If you have one that is programmable & has an auto\shut off, you can set it before work and come home to a fully cooked healthy meal. *you can also change your seasonings to just about anything, think Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Jerk, or Rosemary. YUM! Let’s get started.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Whole (cleaned) fryer chicken
- your favorite bbq seasoning or butt rub
- onions\minced garlic (optional)
Simply season your chicken with salt and pepper liberally. Then add BBQ seasoning and rub in. Add onions\garlic if you choose. Set it to cook on HIGH for 4 hours or on LOW for 6. That’s it! Pair it with your favorite veggies & BOOM!
